HeRO and contact # with extensions

Hello Geeks !!!
I'm having a problem with hero when create a new contact.
My contact number is like 1633 and I like to create a contact number with extension.
Like 1633p1p2p123456#, it can be created in my old windows mobile.
But I couldn

Certainly on my UK Hero, if I press

All programs > People > Add Contact > Click the phone number box > A dialler keyboard appears which has both a P (Pause) and W (Wait) option.

So, from this you'd be able to input the number as required, making sure a name and any other required details are entered into the contact page and then press Save, which is at the very bottom of the page.

thanks for info.
but when i tried to press Pause (p), it appears , (comma) and for Wait it doesn't appear anything.
i m using better keyboard for my qwerty keyboard, does it make the fault?

Gotcha !!!
Tt does.
i could fix it now. i changed input keyboard to Default and it works !!!

I would suggest that it could be Better Keyboard causing the problem. When I add a new contact, a specific numeric keyboard appears (which looks a bit like a calculator) and that has the P and W keys as separate keys from the numbers and adds it into the phone number box.
