Hero messagin question

I have a question, I recorded a 20 sec vid and it was saying it was too long to attach to a message. How long must the vid be to send as a video mail?

Not sure how it works on the Hero but I'm guessing in the video settings you can set the record durationand quality according to what you want to do. For example I think there is a preset for sharing your video via email etc

It might be set on the Highest Quality setting, that is a 5 megapixel camera you got there.
