Root Hero unmounts sd card all the time

Having a real problem here guys. I reflashed my hero with villian5.2, because I'd somehow deleted the gallery, but know it keeps unmounting the card itself!

I get a message saying 'sd card unexpectedly removed' then the whole thing crashes, and I have to go through the flashing process again, only for it to happen when I start up again.

I have tried 2 different cards already, and it seems now when I try to flash, I get a message that says 'E: cant mouint sd card'

Please help, as I can't use my hero at all at the min!

Ok, seeme to be a problem with the contacts in the sd card slot. I've just 'encourged' it with a screwdriver, and all is good - at the mo.(crosses fingers)

Dont let your phone goto sleep, backlight time outs etc seem to un mount the card
