Hero won't charge till 100% on AC

Hi!
I just discovered that it's something wrong with charge status. When my phone reach 99% charge level it won't go to 100% and stay at 99 as long as I keep it plugged in. Once I plug it out, it shows it's 100% charged and if put back the charger immediately it shows correct green light for been completely charged. Did wipe, wipe ext, wipe battery, wipe dalvik- nothing helped. Somebody with ideas?

God, it took forever to reach for 1%...

Hehehe. Mine does that too. I also thought something was wrong with it. It just seems that last 1% takes a while for some reason!
