Help Hey guys

I keep getting a message on my screen saying the process "com.google.process.gapps" has stopped. This comes along with a message "Google Play Services has stopped"

I've tried deleting the cache, resetting app preferences, clearing app data and even restoring the Play Store to the oldest version to get it to stop, but of no avail.

I use a Nexus 4 with Google Now Launcher which is not rooted.

Please help and advice

Have you updated to Android 5.x yet, or are you still running 4.4?
