I have my phone (samsung galaxy s5) connected to a hotspot (tracfone ) and even though it says that it is connected, i cant get online.
Help?

Hotspot is a feature that you usually have to pay extra for through your carrier

Do you have a separate hotspot device from TracFone that you are trying to connect your S5 to or a TracFone Sim in your S5 that you are trying to use as a hotspot?

"Tracfone". Yeh, you might need to pay an extra tethering subscription. I believe many carriers in the US charge extra for tethering.
