Hey There!! (Atrix Question)

Hey there!! My name is Brandon. I love phones and anything of the nature. Have used iPhone 3g, 3gs, and 4. FINALLY hopped off the bandwagon!! Apple could only do so much until pure specs and usability that Apple lacked won me over! I am now a proud Atrix 4g Owner!!! Woo HOO!! Have been using it since the day before launch and it is absolutely wonderful!! I am curious about rooting however. I am very familiar with jailbraking and unlocking and all the like but I am completely new to this rooting business! It seems that the Atrix already has a lot of the things one would root for. Also, is there a surefire way to bring it back to stock as there is the "Restore"" for iPhone? This is important to me in case there is ever any isseues with the phone and I need my warranty back. Thanks Guys!! Glad to be a new member! :D
 
Welcome to AF. Yes we do have ways to fool them when sending it for warranty or repair. Now depending on the severity of the root methods it varies as it could just be bootloader hack or total radio security disabled along with unclock cid.

For you go under the Android Phone section and lookup rooting guide and from there you can move on to other things such as flashing roms, kernels, stock.img, unroot, ect.
