Hey there, my monitors been light flickering..

I do not know if I kept my spare parts or not, although I did test it on my tv, it has the same VGA cord plug in a spell ago.
 
Did a little research and said build another profile, I did a super admin for this pc, via comand prompt, really easy to google, so attempted that and still a bit glitchy,I might reinstall windows, already have my windows USB ready for any time.. I might tinker around with that tomorrowish.
