I have rooted my lg optimus m and deleted the messaging apk, i can't receive messages i try the messages apps from the market and they're not working. Please can u help

Stock apps can't usually be downloaded. This is one of the dangers of rooting and why most instructions on rooting recommend that the first thing you do after rooting is a complete system backup. At this point your only option may be to do a system recovery.
