Welcome to the forums!

I am not familiar with your device... a quick search on the homepage and I couldn't find a sub-forum for it either. I know this isn't the correct sub-forum (Alcatel OT-980 - Android Forums) but the people in there may be able to offer you some assitance.

Hope you get your issue sorted!!

Welcome to Android Forums, jimik!

D-U-R-X got it pretty right. the 981a is very similar to the 980, so they should be able to give you pretty good information about your phone, too. Good luck.
