Hi there,
I just got my galaxy s2 yesterday, and have been reading up on rooting it, thinking of installing either villainrom or sensation (or something else I'm as yet unaware of), but thought I'd say hi as it seems a pretty friendly forum.

Before you start rooting, you should head over to Samsung Galaxy S2 - Android Forums and the All things root subforum and see if there are any outstanding glitches with rooting an S2. Good luck.
