So im new to this android forum, I found it tring to figure out why my Motorola Droid 1 has gotten so slow. Ive not got many app, nor have I ever rooted the phone. So does anybody got any tips as to how I can spped up my phone?

BTW, It has had the recent updats, the battery life is great. It just after I close and app, end a call, or send a message the home screen goes blank for like 10 to 30 seconds.
