Hi all..................just bought an HTC Desire and still learning ...............I set it up ok but for some reason the notification led and tone does not work now.Any ideas please?.

Which notifications don't work? email? SMS? missed calls?

None of them even though they are ticked to be on

If none of them work I think the first thing I'd check is the notification sound volume.

Is it safe to assume that sound quality on the phone is acceptable for normal telephone calls?

Cheers and were is the notification sound volume setting ...............sorry if sound a little thick but I go into settings then sound but can't see a volume setting....cheers
