Have my Xoom (Wi-Fi) for a couple of months now and was treated to an ICS surprise last night! Update was incredibly smooth and fast and there I was, thinking I was getting a maintenance release and on reboot I saw some small changes on the home screen. Pattern unlock now has dots to connect rather than small circles and the clock font, Wi-Fi indicator and battery meter are better defined - and just look better :-)

Some small differences in the app drawer but the biggest change is speed and smoothness of operation! A friend at work - who owns an iPad 2 saw it today and said Wow! Apple has some catching up to do! nuff said... :-)
