i am having problems with my mobile so hopefully someone will help me i have a LG GT 540, but its telling me i have no service the phone is unlocke but i have been told it might be barred

can anyone help x
 
Are you sure your sim card is active? IF the sim works in another phone, you can take the LG to your carrier and they can check if it's blacklisted. I am assuming you bought this phone from someone else. If it's blacklisted, and the carrier refuses to activate it, there's really nothing to do but try and get your money back for it.
