So hi, I am Ferris from The Philippines and this is my story =))

I received a galaxy s2 from my uncle and it is from Korea and I think it is locked on T-mobile

Can you please help what to do in my phone because I want to upgrade it and want to convert it into international version.

Also, when I text or SMS, I just need to have an 80-byte txt message that's why I always ended up in a short text, can you please help me to fix this problem
