Hi everyone & HELP!

I have an LG Optimus One P500 and have joined this forum for help and assistance with this phone as LG's support line here in Australia is abysmal ( their standard response for ANY issue or query is to perform a factory reset!) and their user manual is woefully inadequate and far too basic.

Also, the Android manual for my version does not seem to relate exactly to the features on my phone and how to properly use them!

So here's hoping this forum will be of help and assistance.
