Decided to ditch my landline. I am with Cricket now. Bought Huawei Ascend 2. Love the phone and service, but 3 months after activation, the headphone jack went bad. No abuse, just general usage. Cricket wants to charge me $20 for a refurb unit. Anyone else had this issue? I spoke with one other person who did. Kinda sucks!:mad:

Yeah, it kinda does. Don't they warranty the phones? I know AT&T will replace phones with a refurb and they charge a handling fee if you mail it in, but you can take it to a service center and have them swap it for nothing.
