Hi everyone!

Well, while I have your attention, I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction as to where I can start a thread about the follow topic...

I'm inquiring about which phone to get that has android OS, wifi (no data plan needed), unlocked, bluetooth for music....

....all because I want to simply get Groove IP and Google Voice and not bother with a plan at all. But! Still keep the option open for a pay-as-you-go plan if simply not having a plan sorta doesn't work as I expected.

Oh, and if there are any holes in my idea that I'm not aware of.
