This is my first day on the forums. I have scanned some of the information; enough to know I don't have a clue what I'm talking about. Please be gentle.
I have a Verizon Thunderbolt and sadly I don't know if it is a 3G or 4G. I know it is a few years old. I found you by trying to see if I have the latest software for the phone. Yep didn't even know how to do that.
I feel totally ignorant. I hope to give you all a few grins with my questions.
I must say I have already developed a great admiration for all of you. Anyone that can converse on this forum has me standing in a humbled position.
I'm almost 60 but determined to keep up with the new technology. Maybe I need a new phone.
I will now try to ask my first question.
