i have a htc sensation , android version 2.3.3, htc sense version 3.0 and software number 1.35.666.1 , i am having problems with updating the software , i don't know its rooted or not but i first tried to update it through wifi and it showed the triangle box with an exclamation mark within it and secondly i tried to update though connecting with my laptop and updating though it but i couldn't and it was showing some kind of an error
