Hi, im just about to get an HTC Hero and i cant wait! One question...does anyone know if the android market is regional and if it is, is it very restrictive? is it possible to get apps that are not in the hk market?

The market isn't as much regional as it is the apps that developers decide what market they want their apps to appear in ... however there may be Markets that do not have access to certain apps or like just paid apps ...

Right now .. it is a thing that cant be totally explained to a reasonable end. So it is a try and see in many cases ...

Maybe othe HK users can give you more info ...

I would suggest you also post your question in the HERO forums to get the best possible responses .
 
ok i'll check the hero section. Its actually best for me to check the hk android forums but my chinese is crap =(
