Eric here, rocking a MyTouch 4G slide. Joining because the phone has been having some issues recently.

I have been in PC support for years, and currently manage a data center. Have little to no phone experience, except for basic parts swaps, and unlocking a phone 3 years ago.

Looking forward to hearing from some folks who have already made it through the minefield...
