Hi everyone,
I found this site after googling for a solution to a software problem.
I'm a business coach and writer, so I'm used to dealing with the people struggling with technology rather than the technology itself BUT some has leaked through, so I'm usually pretty good at diagnosing human made problems on computers and when it's time to hand over to a Master of geekdom
I'm from the southern suburbs of Sydney and I'm looking forward to using this forum and linking to it for people that email me every day so I can direct them straight to the answers
