Hi there, My name is Tony and I am an MS Access Programmer, now learning Java through Android Studio.
I tried learning Android programming about 3 years ago, but found Eclipse difficult to set up, due partly to my PC and mostly to a loss of patience!
I recently downloaded Android Studio, and well, it's something else! Programming a pleasure! (Not quite, but it's good)
I am here as a total newbie.
I have in mind two Apps I want to build, but for now I'm watching videos and reading Android Developers to learn the basics.
I and many others help people learn MS Access on Access World Forums - View Profile: Uncle Gizmo where I am also a moderator.
