Hi all,

Just bought a G1. Should be in my fat little fingers tomorrow

Currently there isn't a G3 system in Utah so that kinda sucks but it will be here at some point I hope.
I have a couple friends with the G1 that switched from the BB Curve and they were here for New Years which is when I got hooked, seemed to function just fine in 2G mode so I'll be ok for a while I hope.

Sold the Curve yesterday

Looking forward to learning more about the phone.

I received my phone last night.

T Mobile messed up the SIM card though, seems it was programed for someone else's phone in Chicago, I'm in Utah.

Gotta stop at a T Mo store to get a new one.

Was able to get it going just fine after moving the service to the correct # and all my contacts are good to go.

I'm ready to go!
