Hey guys! New Android user here. I bought a motorola ex124g last year and I liked the touch screen and internet access. I could check weather, news, e-mail, look up a video game walkthrough or google something.It was a complete and total piece of crap though. Screen sucked, needed to use a stylus with it, terrible UI, literally could ony find ONE app for it, camera was pathetic. So one day in December of 2011 it was involved in a high speed collision with a wall. Tragic. When I went to Walmart to buy a new phone I was delighted to see androids on the net10 prepaid rack. I bought one skeptically. Now I owned an LG Optimus Net (LG45LC).
I got to my friends house and we got it activated. The difference to me from that ex124g was incredible. Since then I've apped it out with Opera Mini (best web browser Ive ever had on a mobile). As I explored the app market my phone became so much more than just a pone. So far it's a torch, voice memo recorder, calculator, E-book reader (screw you, kindle), Game Boy Color, camera/camcorder, movie player, organizer, alram clock/time-peice, mp3 player, gps system and navigator, and a cell phone.
I rooted the phone a couple hours ago. Holy crap it runs smoother and better now. AND THE ROOT APPS ACTUALLY WORK. I love my android! Anyway, just wanted to say hello to others in the Android fan club!
