Hi Guys,

New to the forum but not new to Android, been a Fan and had Android since it first started, found the site by accident when looking for info to advise someone on not using or using Task/App Killers...

Welcome Fleetster!
Thanks for joining and yes, Task killers are not needed as the Android OS does a fine job itself managing apps and RAM.
So you are correct....no task killers needed:)
If you need more help with your device, just let us know and we will be glad to help:D

Welcome to the community :)

What Mike is saying is correct. Typically Task Killers actually drain more battery than save, just because the Android OS is used to taking up that much RAM and when you stop/kill the process it usually tries to start that process again.

Hope this helps and thanks for joining :D
