...and I'm an alco...I mean android fan. Been a proud and happy owner of my Droid since it was released. Since then I have been lurking around here and Phandroid for my info on Android and the Droid. I'm a geek at heart, and run Fedora x86_64, and would like to get a netbook and try out Chome OS, or Android x86 on it.
After reading all the exciting news yesterday and today, I'm tempted to force the 2.01 upgrade and root it, but I'm going to hold off until I can actually use root commands (like su rm -r /VisualVoicemail some of those bundled apps annoy me), or some cool ROMs are released.
Hopefully I can add something occasionally. See everyone around.
