Help Hi Need Help Pls

Hi New to the board,, I Have just bought a LG P500H Phone . I have connected it to my pc but I cannot see it i have looked for drivers for the phone and no luck .. what I would like to do is be able to download my ringtones and pics to the phone .. Not sure what I need but I know you guys r Kings when it comes to this type of phone .. Thanks again for you help and glad I found you guys Ohhh And I have windows 7 .. if that helps ..........

Does the phone register as being connected to the PC? Does anything appear in the notification bar?

Try connecting the phone in mass storage mode. this option is available in settings.
