Hi, new to the group, have questions about text issues

Hi,

I just signed up, so, still learning how best to communicate with everyone. I need some help. I recently switched phones and plans. I used to have an Iphone 3 with Verizon and in November I switched to a Corporate plan on T-Mobile and got the Samsung Galaxy Note Book II Model number SGH T889.

Since the switch, I have not consistently received all my text messages and I have never received any pictures with them. Ironically, I still get text messages on my old Iphone.

I have been to both Verizon and T-Mobile stores and the techs don't know what the problem is but they did try several things. However, I don't know exactly what they tried.

Can anyone help me?

Have you made sure that you don't have friends using iMessage, this is a messaging application for iPhone that is only available for iPhone users, and if they are using this the messages will still come to your older iPhone.
