hi guys, ive a saumsung galaxy ace about 1 month old, left it in my friends house and when i got it back everytime i turn it on its frozen on the start up screen, so i tried to reboot it and all it does it says downloading in little yellow writing and does nothing, ive left it like that for ages and nothing .....help please

looks like you cant do a factory reset with that problem
bring it to a samsung service center...make use of your warranty

try holding volume down on the side and pressing power. if a menu comes up use olume to go down to reboot normaly.

should restart the phone as usual
