Hi i have a samsung galaxy pro y duos but i have a great problem downloading apps to the phone. I had the app before like whatsup etc but had to ubninstall them. now i what the back and try to re install them, i can't. It starts to dowload and then sticks there.

You will want to clear data from the Play Store application. (Applications ▶ downloaded or storage use ▶ play store.)
