Hi everyone.
I'm a new Android user. I just got a Nexus S 4G. I've had a Palm Pre running WebOS for the past two years and had to replace it after the internal speakers died.
So far things have been great. I've done some modifications to my new phone, made it look and act pretty much just how I want. I've not rooted it yet, will get to that later.
Comparing it to my old webOS phone? This one is so much more crisp and snappy. Don't get me wrong, I am a HUGE fan of webOS, and do miss it, but those devices just aren't this snappy. I do miss the true multi-tasking of my old phone, but now realize how hindered it was due to the lack of apps.
So, wish me well in exploring this world of Android!
