i am a new bee too.
i am from turkey, i have used java for some web applications and now i want to do something with android.
i have been trying to open Android Developers for two days but i can not open it.
do you know what's going on?

I have no trouble accessing the Android developers web site. Maybe there's an Internet routing issue preventing access from your region... either that or there could be a restriction placed on that site for some reason.
