I recently upgraded my cell to a Samsung Galaxy S with Virgin mobile here in Canada. Great phone and so far (touch wood) Virgin is MUCH better to deal with than Bell was. I just wish I was reading something different about Kies - I thought it was just me, but apparently it is as bad as it seems. Look forward to learning lots .. and avoiding ripping my hair out.
