I have a problem with my mob.phone Samsung GT-S5670 , I have tried to ad a short cut an after I get e message Sorry: The application Samsung home ( process com.sec.android.app.twlauncher) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again latter. and in the end FORCE CLOSE. I have tried nearly all, to stop it ,remove the battery and restart but nothing. I can't go to Google search page, does someone have same problem and did you succeed to solve it. who succeded please send instructions how to solve it.

I have tried nearly all what I have succeed to read on forum but didn't succeed to resolve problem.
What I ahve done : phone was switched on and I have press simultaneously switch off button and main button on the middle and kept them for a while until the phone was reset and I get the meny on whitch you can choose :
reboot system now
apply sdcard:update.zip
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cashe partition
you can choose factory reset but carefully try before to store your data through samsung Kies software by connecting phone via usb cable because i have lost ma datas and phone contacts.
with this i have solve my problem, the only thing that it was that I didin't save my contacts and data before so I lost them.
