Hi all, as you can see I'm new to the forum, and although not new to computing, I am fairly new to the tablet scene. My introduction to the computer world started way back in the days of the intel 8080, and assembly language was to be the way to get things going in a very unstandard world. I've watched the environment evolve from there through the many stages of hardware and software generations to the "computing" world of today, finding myself totally intrigued by the journey. I find more and more my desktops sitting idle and using my ASUS Transformer more and more. I hope to be able to share any (limited at this time) knowledge I have, and gain new information from those of you who are at a faster pace (as this old man once was). Never stop learning!

I know exactly how you feel. I have an Asus Transformer tablet as well and I use that a lot more than just about any device I own. What's really awesome is if you install a remote desktop client like Splashtop on both the pc and the tablet so that you can remote desktop the tablet to control your pc from it.
