Hi, y'all!
I've been an android user for two years. I initially wanted an iphone, but Verizon took too long, fortunately, so my first smart phone was a HTC Incredible.
I recently upgraded and was talked into the bigger and better Motorola Razr Maxx, which I promptly returned the next day for the HTC Rezound.
I've joined this forum to ask about an issue that Verizon hasn't been able to solve and was the reason for my upgrading. However, I'm unsure where to post questions. I'm thinking it may not be a device issue, considering it happened on the old and now the two day old device. Perhaps it's a network issue, but maybe someone here, even on a different network, may have experienced the same problem and has a solution.
Are there certain places to pose questions? I always seem to post in the wrong place when I try to join a forum.
