Hi!

Hi there, I'm the director of IT for Veritas Medical Solutions. We're mainly a BB organization but after using my new Android powered HTC Aria I'm thinking I want to try to change that! I'll be looking for technical information like how to enforce password policy, syncing with Exchange and any other info that will help make selling the switch to Android easier on my company (and myself!)...

Welcome to the Android Forums!

Depending on the version of MS Exchange you run it's actually quite straightforward. Newer Android phones will follow many of the rules imposed on remote devices by Exchange. In some cases, however, the phone will allow you to bypass these requirements. To alleviate this you can always consider mandating use of a third party email client like Touchdown.

Sync'ing occurs across the cloud just like it does with WM/WP7 phones. There's no need for a third party server to manage the connection like BES.
