Hi

[Susieknitster]

I am looking for an Android App that will allow me to tether my Ipad to it for internet use. My phone can be a 3 G hotspot but it costs. My Ipad is equiped with blue tooth but I can't get it to connect to my phone. I don't know about Root or things like that.

Welcome to the Android Forums!

Most tethering apps require root access to the phone in order to install and function properly. What you might want to do is check out the "All things Root" forum for your particular phone. There you should be able to find information on rooting your phone and on tethering apps that work reliably on your device.
