Hello my name is Tishima. I recently updated my phone to the Samsung Epic 4g from the Blackberry Curve. I thought it was time for a change. My daughter has the Evo and my son has the Epic 4g; after much research I decided on the Epic 4g. My son strongly believes that I should learn as much as I can about the epic 1) so I don't bother him and 2) to learn as about the new "powerful phone" (as he calls it)that I purchased; and 3) because "rookies" should not know everything right away through the more experienced "powerful phone" users. So here I am after 2 months with my new phone and first major problem.
