Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I just (about 2 weeks ago) got a Droid after many years of happily using a Palm. But after the fiasco that was hte Pre (and the Pixi) I had to give up on Palm OS.
I had convinced my beau to get a better phone a few months ago (he had an old school phone that did nothing but make calls) and he got a Droid and loved it, and I poked around on it and loved it too.
So far, there's definitely a learning curve, but I do really like it and feel I made the right platform choice.
