I have the nexsus s super LCD display they say there is a norther version for this like Nexsus 4G I really don't get this please help????

Also what is the latest Android firmware for Smart phones and on what phones is it supported???

Nexus S 4g is the same as the Nexus S, but is sold by Sprint to work on their 4g network.

...it's the NS - i9020 with Super AMOLED , NS - i9023 with Super LCD & NS - 4G AKA Samsung SPH-D720 that is for the Sprint 4G network ,like Tenebrous said.
The final version of android is 2.3.4 build GRJ22 [at least for me ,cause i'm rooted on cyanogenmod].
