My name is Faith and I just got a new htc thunderbolt yesterday. It turned off itself after I connected it to my laptop to charge the battery last night. My husband found the answer of how to fix it when the owner of the local verizon stores I bought it from couldn't find the answer. That made me decide to come and join your group.
I am just lost and floundering, new to smart phones and android. I hope to learn and grow here so I can really enjoy my new phone. I even looked for a thunderbolt for dummies book and it won't be published until the middle of July.
