Welcome to the forums!

I do not know this phone myself, however there are plenty of other users of the device in the sub-forums who would be able to give you pointers - not sure which carrier you have, so I'm linking both:

Samsung Intercept (Sprint) - Android Forums
Samsung Intercept (Virgin Mobile) - Android Forums

I hope this helps and that you get your issue sorted!

Enjoy the forums and thanks for joining!
