My name is Debbie. I'm in California. This Huawei M835 is my 1st touch screen phone. I am seeking support and advice about these wacky phones. Is this what u mean by introduction? Hope so!:D
 
You bet it is.. excellent intro Debbie. I don't see your exact Ideos in our list of phones but you should be able to pick up some tips and tricks by looking into the other Huawei Ideos areas. The phones should have similarities. Here is a link to the list of phones and their areas. Just click in on the Huawei phones and do some reading. Have fun.
