On your phone you should have the Android Market app... if you do a search from within the app, you should find this. All you need to do is select the app you want to download from the market and the phone will take care of the rest.
Once you have the app downloaded, you would need to open your app drawer and search for the new app you have downloaded... this will then launch the app.
