hi

Hello and welcome aboard. Hopefully the below steps work for you. :)

Here is what you would need to do:

1. Connect your phone (with the supplied USB cable) to your computer.
2. Some phones will actually tell you that you have connected your phone using USB and ask you what you want to do - if your's doesn't, then pull down the notification bar (from the top of the screen) on your phone.
3. Select connect as USB mass storage.
4. A message should then pop up on your computer telling you that a new USB device has been connected and ask you if you want to view the contents. If not, go to "my computer" and navigate to the external USB drive.
5. Once you start to look in the connected USB drive (which is actually the SD card on your phone), then you would need to look for one of the following folders "DCIM", "Camera", "Media"or something similar(these are just possibilities... on my phone it is "DCIM").
6. When you get to the correct folder, you should be able to browse through them and then copy as normal.

Please note that this is all assuming you are using a windows computer.

Hello sureni... welcome to Android Forums. The most common reason for not being able to connect a phone to a PC is one hasn't set the phone to emulate a mass storage device. You might try going into your settings and tick that setting and then when you connect your phone it should pop up as a removable drive. For the best support for your problem you will want to check into the area for discussing your phone. Below is a link to the list of phones and their areas. Just open the list, click on your device, and ask for help there. Have fun.
