Hi Android team,

I am new to here and I register this forum because my phone can't download apps, each time I try to download, it show "can't download error 403"

I am not sure if this is due to my phone error or Android Market itself?

Hello and welcome to the community. That is a denied/forbidden error message. I'm not quite sure why you're getting this error because I don't know what device you are using.

What is the name of the device model? Have you ever downloaded any application from the Play Store before? If so, uninstall and reinstall the Play Store application. Hopefully you'll find a solution for this problem.
